You are welcome! Yes, Ureka is a site I created and run. Although many people like it, it has proven challenging to build a consistent userbase - partially due to the fact that it is just me that has responsibility for every role, rather than a team of 10-100 people as with other social sites.

Are these themes officially supported? I think they look great, but it changes user experience, isn't it against the rules of steemit?
No, these themes are not officially supported by Steemit, they are for use with the addon 'Stylish'. There is no problem with rules of Steemit.
