Not sure who @marcstevens is and there has been "no chance of trial" yet. The state has been in Discovery this entire time (gathering evidence, changing prosecutor, etc.)....They haven't even made an "Official Decision" on what they are going to Pursue for Charges yet. Yes I was arraigned back in October but they just arraigned me for the maximum they could while they figure out if they even have a case.

Yes, and each court appearance is a chance to ask the right questions to get it dismissed.
But, this late in the game is a bad time to be learning.
I learned from the Skype chat, and about this late in the game.
I got my felonies dropped to no fines, no time, and misdemeanors.
It matters very much how prepared you are to speak up.
Your lawyer will get disbarred, you have to ask the questions, he won't.
And, he will advise you to just take the deal, which is his job, anyway.
