"Band width issue"
Hi friends from last few days many users of steemit getting message that "bandwidth limit is exceeded", I also getting this message.
After that I go through steemit new rules and get the answer.
As we know that steemit is also working on blockchain technology and in those days blockchain is under high work load pressure for doing transactions and due to this millions of transactions are stuck. Transactions are not completed even in a month time, that's why mining steem is also getting quite hard.
Here is some important updates from steemit.

Bandwidth Issues
Everything you do (posting, voting, commenting, etc.) will consume a small amount of bandwidth. Every user has a limited amount of bandwidth to use each week. Users with more Steem Power will have a higher bandwidth allowance.
Normally everyone's bandwidth allowance is quite high, and users are able to use the network freely without any interuptions.
Sometimes when the blockchain becomes very busy (due to heavy use), the bandwidth limits for all users will be lowered. This will primarly affect users with a small amount of Steem Power.
If you get an error that you have exceeded your bandwidth allowance, it is normally best to just wait (an hour or two) and try again when it is less busy.
If you want to increase your bandwidth allowance, you can purchase more Steem Power for your account through an exchange such as BlockTrades.us.
Account Signup Issues
If you have verified your phone number and email, but you haven't received an email yet saying your account was approved - it means you are still in the waiting list. Steemit is working hard to get through it as quickly as possible, but it may take up to seven days to get approved.
Right now there is no support if the SMS code did not go through. You can try again in a few days, but if it is not working then it is possible your phone carrier is not supported by the SMS provider they use for verification.
If it has been over a week since you successfully verified your phone and email, and your account has not been approved, please direct message @drakos and he will help look into it further. To direct message a user, just click on their name here in chat and click on "Conversation" to open a private chat.
Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to having you here!
When Steemit creates an account for you, they are paying your "account creation fee". Each account they create costs them STEEM (money). The reason that the approval process takes so long is so that they need to manually verify each account to ensure that users are not abusing the free sign-up.
Users are not required to use the Steemit.com signup process to create an account. If you are willing to pay the "account creation fee" (currently 3 STEEM), there are third-party services such as SteemCreate, SteemConnect, and AnonSteem that you can use to create your own account. This is independent of Steemit, and does not require anyone to approve your account. The account creation fee is added as STEEM POWER in the new account.
SteemCreate allows you to create a new account instantly using a Credit Card. The charge is for the blockchain account creation fee, plus a small additional fee for using their service. SteemCreate does not require you to have an existing Steem/Steemit account.

SteemConnect allows you to create a new account instantly, simply by paying the "account creation fee". It does require an existing Steem/Steemit account to use though. It is great for creating additional accounts for yourself, or creating accounts for family/friends.

AnonSteem will allow you to create an account by paying the account creation fee, plus an additional fee for using their service. They accept STEEM, bitcoin (BTC), and Litecoin (LTC). AnonSteem does not require you to have an existing Steem/Steemit account.
