Hello, World from India..FOOD! TRAVEL! MYTHS! & I DON'T EAT COWS!

My name is Vedita Saraf. I am from a country called India - and yes we have bathrooms. I have been introduced to the world of Steemit to not just vent out my thoughts but also to have an insight/outlook other than my own. The most beautiful part of the Wide World Web is that you have opinions of all kinds and can read about other points of views too. I live in the city of Jaipur (Rajasthan) . The state known mostly for the HOT Summers and Palaces. It is a must visit if you are travelling to India.

Some I like Some I love. My favorite thing to do is - TRAVEL AND EAT! I love to "GOOGLE". But let me start from the beginning.
I did my schooling in my hometown Jaipur. After that, I had two choices - LAW or ENGINEERING. I decided to get my Bachelors from University of Nebraska-Lincoln ---> yeah the same one, USA. The state of the HUSKERS. It was an amazing experience. Made friends from all over the world. Ate the food from all over the love. Chipotle, Noodles and Company , Cold Stone , Wendys. Started off as a Vegeterian -- ended up being Non-Vegeterian ( no IDONTEATCOWS - mylasertag name :P). EPIC 5 years.

Well, then I moved to India thinking after trying to join FMCG company. Jobs were not easy to get at that time (2013). But I ended up doing totally different. Became my own boss.Started work at a NBFC - Finance Company as the head. Thats when my life changed. In few years I was married. Now after three years we are working/aiming to become a self sustaining company. Have travelled to Egypt, US, Mexico, Spain, Italy, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Maldives, UAE, Netherlands, Nepal, Malaysia, Singapore ...and aspire to travel more and more. In future will post more about my experience is all these countries.
