That's encouraging and discouraging. It appears that fewer people will power down with steem at $1.20 than they will at $1.80 or more. So, when steem hits $2, redemptions will spike and keep the price bound by that sales action. So, it's good to see few people powering down, but their is a price that they will start redeem, setting a ceiling for the near term.
