All Jokes aside I think more and More Steemians should start doing this type of things as it increases the Interaction between others.
Yep. Most old users have been doing it and been having better interactions on their posts. It's time new users start doing it as well.
It is tough for the ones who have less than 1000 SP to upvote Comments on a regular basis.
But I believe this would be the trend in the Upcoming Months.
Having 500 SP or more gives the slider and they can manage easily.
Since Steem price is around 6 USD earning SP from posts have decreased
Now that's interesting. I've never understood the reason behind the ratio of SP vs SBD I have earned for my posts when it says 50/50 when I hit the post button. BTW, cool idea for your post!
Ok, let me explain you the reward system.
If you get 10 USD from a post-it gets split up 50-50 by SBD to SP ratio you get SP at the rate of STEEM.
For example, if STEEM is 5 USD then you will get 5 SP for a 10 USD post and the other half you will get in SBD.
Now Since SBD is pegged to be at 1 USD at all times the system treats it as 1 USD and we get 5 SBD for a 10 USD post.
