Essentially the plan is to get a page onto trending that calls out each person I can find who is having a rep problem and who downvoted them. A wall of shame.
We need discourse like this, and the current rep system is silencing legitimate users who have made mistakes with no recourse except to try and get a message to the whale that flagged them and that whale may very well have the user on mute.
So we get a message out on their behalf.
