Although it has been only a week or two since i joined the Steemit platform. I have learnt a lot about this platform.Like the Interest, which is very prevalent in every form of money. Every person loses a few amount of money by giving interest and someone gets back this one by accepting interest. Steemit also makes rich man rich and poor man poor. Below are the few points i have noticed.
All contents shared by people get more rewards only when they are backed(upvoted by) by big fishes.(having more steem power).
This is just like a rich man can donate more than the poor one's. This kind of situation is similar to pleasing bosses over colleagues. Since bosses have more power than others. All creative content shared are more rewarded and trending only if they are upvoted by huge steem power ownersFew people really want to decline payout for their posts that go viral like anything.
It only suggests that they have enough steem and they do not need it anymore. All these funds go nowhere and are simply wasted. It would really be a great idea if they simply send it out to the one's who need it.There is no public faucet to steemit community.(Only operated by individuals)
I know there are few people who are voluntarily giving steem to everyone through free faucets in order to encourage steem community. One such user is @klye . Who is running the steem.global faucet. I am really happy and would like to give a shout out to him for providing steem for free to steemit community.
Rather than individuals running free faucet there is no free faucet/steem for steemit user's in the steem.io website.People who invest in steem are the only one's who reap the fruit.
Compared to the one's who create content and get minimal votes and steem power. It is only those who purchase and invest steem are in profits.Last but not the least. Early adopter's are the one's who are in business.
If you like my post, upvote and resteem :)
You should stop thinking of Steemit like it is a money-machine which is giving more to the others than it gives to you. Try to concentrate on the things you love to do, and to make some fun. You'll be surprised how rewards will grow 😊
I agree. It takes time to get followers. If you create posts that you like and comment on posts you like, eventually you'll get some money, but you can't expect very much in the short term. For most people, blogging will never be their primary income stream. That's just the way it is.
Totally agree on that! Instead of wasting your time to FB for likes etc, just spend some quality time on Steem, and dont expect to become "rich" from 5 posts!!
I agree with you.
I totally agree with you.. What makes us happy is expecting less and loving whatever we do. I really love blogging and sharing content.
Why should people give Steem away? There are some generous people doing do via various competitions. I got a fair bit that way. I was doing the sports betting a while back, but they were sharing out what they made on the posts. I started from nothing here and have done well. It's about talking to people and building relationships. If you have good posts then you will make something. I know a few people make a lot more than others, but that's just the way it goes and I don't let it worry me.
For now we are still the early adopters. When millions join it will be harder to get many Steem, so earn what you can now.
Good luck
Really great to hear about your story. Steem is really a wonderful place to have different opinions of people and to get connected. I really love this idea of getting rewarded for unique posts.
Why would you need a faucet when you are getting it for free by creating content?
