I can't loan it out longer term....because I have plans. Other person I loaned it out for was only till end of next month. You'd have to try someone else if you need anything other than short term...and it's probably quite expensive.
The other thing is that the purpose of steem power is not to give people jobs...it's to facilitate creation of quality content. So posts/users could get flagged if this was being abused. But moreover probably not going to work to give people jobs since only short term, but of course you would be able to upvote your own posts....but what you do with it would be up to you.
