I like this idea I have also but not so many time in the moment to realized this, i coded in my leisure on faucets like bitcoin and ethereum in php/mysql and i have a faucet online for ethereum.
is a php or any language api released for a automatic withdraw from a wallet to a specific address?
I haven't started on anything yet but I would really love to make this faucet become reality so that's why I posted this.

take a look on github for faucets scripts, the structure is very simple from a faucet, you can modify the faucets a little bit for play with steem and you need a api for automatic withdrawing for steem
