The value of you post is split in SBD, STEEM and Steem Power.
I think there is a formula for SP but they all fluctuate in the markets, so only after the payout date (7 days currently) it will "lock" the value of that post, and after that is delivered to you you can still see it fluctuate in you "estimated account value".
