Thanks! Yes, I think technical stand ups are an everyday staple. I don't think it was just my feet that were heavy lol. Looked like my whole body.
I filmed this the second day in, and after riding my bike to the gym. I almost didn't post it because I felt I looked sluggish, but I said eff it. Maybe some people will want to try it. So far it's wearing me out every day! I hope in a month to do a follow up vid with the complete circuit to show my progress.
2nd days are usually sore & tired. My body is sore, lately I’ve been trying to get a lot of different types of movement in everyday so I know how you feel. About to run some hills for much needed cardio.
Only the jump rope looked like heavy landings! Would be cool to see a months improvement. I bet even after a week there would be a noticeable difference
