You cook pretty much like I do...chop, throw it in the pot, saute and cook until done. This looks so delicious. I would put mushrooms in mine, just because. My sons never liked them for the longest time, but they will eat them now! It must be the day. I was hankering for comfort food so I made a pot of my Pumpkin Turkey Curry. Sorry, none left. Burp!
