RE: Setting Priorities - The Importance of a To-Do LIst

Unfortunately, I've tended to find that when I keep physical notes they get lost. Notebooks get misplaced, sticky notes fall off or get ignored, all that stuff. Since I'm a gamer one of my friends recommended I try Habitica, and that's been my life-changer for to-do lists.

One of the best features I think is the ability to list stuff as a daily or one time to-do, and when you check it off you earn exp to level up your character and gold to spend on things on the site that are mostly just cosmetic for your avatar if that's your thing. There's groups you can join to do quests, guilds around all kinds of topics that do challenges, and a much more social side if that's something people want to do.

I also have a channel in the discord server my roommate and I share (mostly for exchanging silly photos we find online and the like) to write down things as I do them. Really good for keeping track of things like what day I did laundry last or the dishes or something else XD

Now that sounds like an extremely interesting solution for a to-do list! What a cool concept to have a incentivized game for completing real world tasks. Too cool! Thanks for sharing!

That was kind of my first thoughts too. And they have a mobile app, so I can take it with me when I'm out and about since I never forget my phone XD

I keep meaning to try habitica, but get overwhelmed with listing all my tasks and never actually get off the ground with it...but it sounds like a really great app and I'm glad it works for you!
