RE: STEEMIT Weekend Camp Fire Series! | Weekend 10! | : We are Steemit Family. Come Visit Around the Fire with your Family Every Weekend!

Hope everyone is having a good weekend! Here's what's on my mind. I was searching the #mushrooms and #foraging tags to curate for the @foraging-trail, using the steemit.com/created/foraging, for example, to look for new posts with those tags. And something is not right. It shows the last 7 ays of posts and then jumps all the way back to 7 or 10 months ago! No sign of any other post even though I know there have been lots and lots of posts made with those tags. Any ideas about what's up?

Sort:

IDK about that - but it makes sense.

I have always wondered if certain tags are coded out on here, to only show the ones Steemit wants shown.

It has crossed my mind many many times esp. when you search the tags section for stuff like many of us do and actually USE or make tags / posts / comments with tags.....

and they never show.

Check out my Poloniex post from today if you want.... It is my best on them and their problems by far, it is solid Edu-tainment with facts!!!

This just happened recently. I know you used to use the #bushcraft tag. The same thing is happening there. It goes back 6 days, and then jumps to months ago. It's going to be a mess if tags don't really mean anything past the 7 days. Then Steemit actually becomes less functional than Twitter! :O

Yep, you are on point with your concerns here I think.
