Solving the first hint: RGB code of each color of the Image is the password therefore "2550021255214242221" is the password for https://defuse.ca/b/HeXzXeW7PSkSkgGFfBouIc - the hunt goes on
I did google search on part of name of that file and found forex transaction named vh45721:
It's a binary number= 7fffffffffffffff

First I was so sure I could crack this code, But in the final process I had trouble determining the key length used.
Cryptanalysis of Hill Cipher is very difficult if done with ciphertext-only attack, especially. This difficulty is caused by ciphertext Hill Cipher which has no pattern and every character in one block affect each other character.
The technique that can be used to perform cryptanalysis against Hill Cipher is knownplaintext attack. If cryptanalysis has a corresponding plaintext and ciphertext fragments, then Hill Cipher can be solved. But a pretty difficult process is to determine the length of the key used.
Cool contest @timsaid! I don't have the technical proficience to solve it but i like that you're creating this chance with a huge reward!

I tried steganography aswell, but i don't think that's the way to go as he specially mentioned ceasar encryption on the last challenge..

a winner get reward 150 steem, as much this reward mean this is not easy to find decrypt key, a keys behind hill chyper encryption, must to work 3 times to find this keys. For RGBRGBRGB maybe it mean 3bits Blocks, So i find this code behind that encryption key, 00010A775, Smart Cryptochallenge @timsaid

I think regi borond needs to be inputted into a shift cipher
But what the first alphabet? Need that for the shift cipher....
or WINSOONWIN needs to be entered into the shifter cipher
it's 2.30 am in India now and my heart is already feeling weak and as you said it's not for the weak hearted thus I'd rather get the !@#$ outta here. Nyway i will revisit tomrw. Good Night.

"Régi Bőrönd" just means old suitcase in hungarian. Don't think that's the answer, but we'll see

There are quite a lot possibilities to get a password from this. It will take some time to try everything :D
Using the hints in a good way, there is only one combination
