This crypto-puzzle is tough, because the hints also need hints!
"1.1,4.3,10.4,21.3,148:2.2,1 4 9 – 1 4 7" is mean peddling is with different interest. But I don't understand second hint. İf someone will take prize with my this help, I hope he/she will give me some part of prize :)
can you explain how did it came to "peddling is with different interest" ?
1.1 = 1st sentence 1st word
148:2.2 = page 148, 2nd sentence 2nd word
1 4 9 – 1 4 7 = reverse the sentence you found
i thought kind of this i did the 1.1 = Interest then i went to the 4.3 which turned oud to be Nakamoto , 10.4 Capitalists ,21.3 Firms , 148 : 2.2 for me turned out to be Payment but then at 149-147 i got lost and havent been able to do anything
Check again my friend, you wrong about 4.3, 10.4, 21.3.
1st number is number of sentence
2nd number is number of word

You have a couple words flipped. peddling with is different interest
Thinking it is a clue to the password for the second hint. Maybe something to do with trading influence, or lobbying, etc (i.e., the underlying mechanics of how SteemIt works).

Sorry didn't show my work. As many others were doing, used the numbers as indicators for line.word in the essay.

149-147 = 2
