As we all know, calories is the main source of energy and at the same time, is it the root cause of getting obese.
But, what is calories? Calories is a measure of energy. It is measured in two ways: the amount we consume from frood and the amount we expend through physical activity and exercise. Calories provide energy for :
*Maintaining essential life support functions (heart, brain, breathing and food digestion
*Completing day to day tasks.
*Providing fuel for exercise.
Where does the body store excess calorie? It will became fats, thus to much calories will result to fatness if not consumed with exercise or any physical activities.
Some calories will be stored as Subcataneous Fat.
This fat is what located in our skin, in short, this fats will make us big and bulky.
These fats are the ones which composed our "BILBIL"^_^
Some calories will also be stored as Visceral Fat.
This fats are the one who coats our inner organs and which causes illness.
High visceral fat level are linked to illnesses such as Dementia and Colorectal Cancer.
If we are on starting to lose weight, these visceral fats will burn first before the subcutaneous fats.
So don't worry if you're on diet and you have'nt seen the results yet. It starts from the inside!
