Power and Wisdom of God

But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
1 Corinthians1:24
From the beginning, God manifested His power occasionally through the prophets, priests and Kings. This was so because the presence of God was not completely unveiled by the offering of a spotless blood that can wipe out man's sinful nature. But today, here's Christ, the power of God, occasioned by the triumphant defeat of the devil through the offering of Himself. Brethren, Jesus Christ is the manifested power of the most High God. Through Christ, the enemy of man's redemption is destroyed. In Christ, the power of sin is broken. In Christ, the power of poverty, frustration and sickness is destroyed. Arise and rejoice, for Christ in you is the power of God. He that has Christ has the power of God in him.
Jesus is also the wisdom of God. Brethren, it's great wisdom, that the blood of a sinless God be shed to take away the sins of the world once and for all. It's Divine wisdom, that whoever believe in Christ has eternal life. It's Divine wisdom that the Almighty God brought victory to man by coming down Himself through Christ. The Lord of glory came down in the likeness of sinful flesh, defying the wisdom of the enemy, for if the enemy has known he wouldn't have crucified the Lord of glory. But by wisdom, He took away our misery, nailing it on His cross. Today, everyone that believe is made free. In Christ we are wise and the power of God is in us.
Let's pray together. Heavenly Father, thank you for your power and wisdom in us through Christ. Today as we come to you, use us to manifest your power and wisdom for the deliverance and salvation of all men,in Jesus name. Amen.Be wise in Christ.
