Can you be a very rich person like Bill Gates and Oprah Winfrey? Success, however, requires not only luck and ability, but also with mindset.
To have a mindset like successful people, it can be done easily. That is by imitating the habits of successful people, who have become routines in their daily lives.
Many people who are famous for their wealth and success have shared some of their practices to stay in the right place. As reported by Time, there are 7 habits they can we example:

  1. Lots of reading, mostly nonfiction.
    Tom Corley an accountant and financial planner, surveyed 233. The majority of them are jutawaan.
    From the survey conducted, obtained an interesting pattern of the rich people. As many as 88 percent of them, spends 3 minutes or more time reading. The majority favor nonfiction works such as biographical books, history and self-help books.
    A billionaire investor Warren Buffett has reportedly said that reading is the most important habit he does.

  2. Do meditation.
    Meditation is not just for yoga. Research has found that meditation has benefits for mental and physical, including to improve memory.
    A COE, Jack Dorsey wakes up at 5am every day and goes straight to meditation. Oprah Winfrey is also a fan of meditation practice. This is done not only to clear the mind, but also to keep it sharp.

  3. Wake up earlier.
    Nearly 50 percent of rich people surveyed by Corley say that rich people usually get up early for at least 3 hours before starting the activity. Many also use free time by handling a project, exercising, or planning.

  4. Sleep well.
    Albert Einstein said that he needed 10 hours of sleep at night to get the best results. A media millionaire Arianna Huffington says sleep is a performance enhancer.
    Coley found that 89 percent of millionaires sleep for seven or eight hours a night or even more.

  5. Spend some time exercising.
    Spending time exercising in the gym on a regular basis, not only makes us gain good muscle. Research based on Harvard Health publishing shows that exercise can also improve memory.
    Corley reports that 76 percent of rich respondents say they spend 30 minutes or more each day on aerobic exercise such as running and cycling. A billionaire, Richard Branson, he said by exercising kept him fit in doubling his work.

  6. Skilled in communicating.
    Lifehack refines the self-help principle in an article and finds that highly successful people are good communicators, and they keep trying to get better. Spending time with data and facts is not much use, if not able to translate the information to others around well.
    Ranson says communication is one of the most important skills every leader has. In a blog post about the value of communication, Ranson quotes Self-help author Brian Tracy as saying, if we are willing to communicate well, then we can quickly improve the quality of every part of our lives.

  7. Talk to yourself.
    Michal Stawicki, a writer of Directed by Purpose, said in his research on success, he found that high-performance individuals had conversations with themselves. That does not mean mumbling to yourself.

What made it possible for them to beat their opponents, not more time spent honing their skills, but focusing more on improving their internal dialogue, Stawicki said.
Research has found that talking to oneself can help view the situation objectively, and motivate yourself.
