I have found WHO FullTimeBot is, WHAT he does, and basically how he works too, sort of. Strap on, because this one's full of graphs, full of data, for Binky Watson was at work with Binky Sherlock and we have uncovered the mystery.
Several of you know that I was upvoted by a few accounts with the name FullTimeBot in it, all names with numbers at the end of them. I was wondering what this was.

WHO IS @FULLTIMEBOT?
SO the ORIGINAL account is @fulltimebot, so I guess we can call him the real FullTimeBot. But the others are not just imitating, since there is a real FullTimeBot in all of them. @fulltimebot is run by @fulltimegeek. He's the man behind the initiative.
WHAT does he do? HOW does he work?
Basically, @FullTimeGeek, and thus @FullTimeBot, searches for good content that doesn't necessarily get all the upvotes it deserves. Then, FullTimeBot and its counterparts upvote a few times, sometimes several times, to give a bit of a boost. I'm not a programmer but I'm assuming there is a list to be put on and a way that @fulltimegeek organises all this data. I noticed that the FullTimeBot battalion upvotes Red Fish, Minnows and Dolphins alike. Maybe ORcas and Whales too, but I didn't find any in any of the charts I observed.
I also noticed that all accounts have around the same SP, 3.015 or a bit more or less. EXCEPT the bots numbered 80 to 85, theses ones have 15 SP of voting weight.
It sometimes takes a few hours before I get upvoted, but ever since the other day, my content now gets upvoted by @fulltimebot and his battalion of bot upvoters. I saw 3 upvotes and 4 upvotes, all helping get above the $1.00 marker on my posts. It's very nice to see, especially given how low values are these days, posts that used to see $1 now see a tenth of that. This upvote battalion definitely compensates and makes me feel even more valued for posting what I do.
Now, let's look at who @fulltimebot's battalion upvotes, observing some of the numbered knights who upvoted me.
@FullTimeBot vanilla upvotes a few people whom I follow, like @kafkanarchy84, @abh12345, and @JoshSigurdson.
And after the = sign put your steemit username without the @ sign. All these graphs are from Steem Reports Votes graphs: http://www.steemreports.com/votes-graph-enhanced/?accounts=
Now let's dive into the numbered knights from this bot battalion, or maybe we should call it a BOTtalion? Get it? Okay lol This particular graph is from @fulltimebot31.
You'll notice with the next one that already a couple of names appear again. This one is from @fulltimebot38.
Not all names are the same on all graphs, and some names appear with one and not the other, but then another one, and then not another. The following several graphs are from bots who upvoted me, respectively from @fulltimebot39, @fulltimebot55, @fulltimebot63, @fulltimebot64, @fulltimebot700, and @fulltimebot74.
If you want to skip all these graphs, there is more analysis that follows (I'm sure the bots won't mind if you scroll down to read about my observations.)
Now here's the curious thing. Bots 80 to 85 don't upvote. I think they might be saving up for a rainy day or a special occasion. It's possible that in order to make each bot an equal value and thus an approximate equal amount of SP, there needs to be accounts where the surplus can be sent. Because not all posts will do the same, some will earn more, and if one bot has more SP and their upvote is worth significantly more when they are all supposed to have the same amount, then the surplus will inevitably need to be stashed away somewhere, and then perhaps redistributed again to every single of the bot accounts to make their value equal. That's my take-away from it anyway, and it makes sense to me.
I found no FullTimeBot above 85. Unless there is a random hundred soemthing one hidden somewhere, tucked away in the couch somewhere (like where Frank's phone tends to hide.)
I think this is a wonderful initiative! It allows many of us who don't earn as much as we probably deserve, to earn a bit more. The best part is that, while these are bots, there is a man behind them, a human, who is working on creating an automated upvote buddy system of sorts. These upvotes from these bots are completely FREE. You don't pay for the upvotes, you don't have to do anything other than post your content as usual. I think once you're on the list, you're on there, and FullTimeBot is there to help.
If you're like me and don't use bots, then this doesn't change that. You're not paying for a bot service, you're not using a bot. The dude who runs the battalion of bots, is finding content and choosing to allocate certain bots, probably by intervals, perhaps at random, who will do their rounds every now and then, and give a certain amount of upvotes, perhaps per day, perhaps per post, perhaps per week, so those who are on the VIP list. As far as I'm concerned, it's a human curator finding a fun and automatic way to give out more upvotes to more people.
Obviously, some of these observations are just that, observations and speculation, I've not spoken to the bot master himself, but this is what makes most sense to me. You can probably simply add some details and variants to that and probably have the accurate info.
So how do you get on the VIP list? I'm not sure. I hear he's more active on DLive, so if you want to make first contact, I'd suggest hopping over there and checking out his content and commenting. I'm sure asking how to be part of the list for his initiative and if there are requirements. A little birdy's post (a.k.a. @abh12345) mentions that if you post consistently enough, often enough, then you're probably qualified.

You'll be automatically approved. And there's no medical! No? Anyone remember that commercial? Anyway, thank you @fulltimegeek for noticing my content. Some of us were having fun speculating a bot crushing on me ;) I appreciate being added to your list of content creators who deserve more upvotes.
Thanks for reading everyone! Talk about upvotes, be sure to upvote :D (See what I did just there?) Resteem if you find this useful, and be sure to follow my page for content of various genres, gaming, healing, knowledge, food, random things and steemit related things.
I just noticed a bunch of upvotes by this Bottallion on one of my recent posts that was flagged to oblivion by the SandersClan for no reason. I'm happy to say the fulltimebot offset the flagging abuse and I actually earned .02 cents. WOW! Thanks @fulltimegeek!
Oh wow, that clan sounds intense. Yeah, fulltimebot is pretty awesome.
He (Bernie Sanders) is the worst flag-abusive person on Steemit.... all 8 of him, or maybe more! If he don't like what you have to say... say goodbye to your rights to Free Speech.
Well, you still have the right to Free Speech on this platform, no matter what. You can still say what you want. It's unfair, however, that someone will flag you for disliking you.
It makes little sense to voice an opinion here when it will be muted! It makes even less sense to create good content only to have your rewards taken from you. In that sense, this platform is dead.
I hadn't thought about that.
That’s was pretty in-depth sleuthing 🕵️♀️ you got going there! The anonymous angel upvoter has been uncovered lol!
Posted using Partiko iOS
Yeah hehe ;)
You'll have to scroll back a few months but FTG made a video about his bots.
What a selfless guy he is!
Oh cool, I'll have to check it out.
Yes, I agree. He's putting in time and effort to help others out.
