What is talent or interest?? Everyone certainly has interests ranging from small children to adults. According to experts defined that interest is one aspect of psychic in normal humans who will push to achieve a goal.

A person who has an interest in an object, then he tends to give greater attention to the object. Obviously the interest of everyone in this world is different so that gave birth to a variety of different creativity with each other.

Develop student interest with extracurricular activities

Especially in educational institutions there are many ways to develop different interests of each student. That interest is already in the self of the learner, we as a teacher only develop the interest that we already have for the better.

Extracurricular activities undertaken by the school is one activity that is very suitable to develop interest from students. Extracurricular activities are very much beneficial for the students in developing their interests and talents. Many of the extracurricular activities held in schools include football, music, scouts, journalists, arts and many other activities.

Of the many extracurricular activities carried out by the school, one of my foster is in the arts. Art itself is actually a lot of branches such as dance, painting, music art and other arts. This opportunity I will be sharing a few information about the activities of painting in the school.

Drawing art club in the school

Extracurricular painting activities are usually once a week made a meeting between the coach with members of the art club. In the meeting the students will be taught how to paint techniques, how to paint the right. And usually in giving guidance to students, I invite instructors from regional art organizations. Because I myself do not have much ability about painting.

The students are very enthusiastic in following every program of the art club. Each of their guidance can always produce the best work.

Here are some artworks of students from the art club.

The above works may not be as good as the professional painting work, but for a student in a junior high school is one that is adequate. And this is the basic capital in developing their interest to actually become a professional painter.

Conclusion

Each student has different interests. Developing the potential that exists in their psyche is an obligation for us parents or teachers. From a strong interest will arise a high variety of creativity.

Thus, interest is necessary and should always be improved in order to become a benefit for a student. Extracurricular activities conducted by schools are very important in seeking interest from students. In these activities the learner can develop creativity according to his expertise.

Hopefully the students can continue to develop their best ability. We as teachers can only guide, directing the student's identity can be developed properly.
