Nice post. I was having trouble in controlling myself because of my thoughts controlling me. As Buddhists, we are meditating at least 5 mins every day. Meditation is a good thing to relax our mind as well as to focus our minds on one thing. Thank you for sharing.

It brings peace to one's inner essence and now we have learned that it helps the brain continue to grow and stay healthy.
