Hello @heartscally, I enjoyed reading your publication, they are very good strategies that you will apply in directed reading. I used one in particular that worked for me:
- I gave a particular reading to the whole group, to read at home.
- We read in the first hour of class.
- I selected a student (with time it was not necessary to call him, they would pass voluntarily), for the reading to begin, read a paragraph and then assign another partner to continue, until the reading is completed.
- Then the reading comprehension was made, they could ask the questions to other classmates.
The use of self-checking anchor frames to read is excellent.
