So what you're saying is juat about any state where marijuana is listed in the top 10 is likely to be under-reporting the value because it is illegal and likely not tracked properly? If not, that's what I'm saying 🙂

That is what I was beating around. If it was tracked properly I bet it is number 1 but maybe not Colorado it is listed as number 4
