The role of a teacher is very important in spurring the spirit of students, because in the process of teaching and learning results of students is largely determined by the role and teacher competition of various things.
Basically we can know students and others students have the same ability in receiving lessons from the teacher, just need a special method of a teacher to convey material to teaching. Active, innovative, creative, effective and fun learning can be achieved after various things have been done either in terms of classroom research, research methods until the emergence of a solution to it.
What is the meaning of active learning, innovative, creative, effective, and fun?
Active, innovative, creative, effective, and fun learning is a learning model that enables learners to engage in diverse learning activities to develop skills, attitudes and understanding of learning resources and aids including the use of the environment in order to make learning more interesting, fun , and effective.
The main components of the method include the availability of curriculum with the tools, facilities and adequate infrastructure, in addition there are sufficient professional human resources and good management system. Education quality standardization is carried out continuously to face local, national, and global demands.
1. Active learning
Active is meant that in the learning process the teacher should created an atmosphere in such a way that the active learners ask questions, put forward ideas, and search for the data and information they need to solve the problem.
In implementation, a teacher must design and implement activities or strategies that motivate students to play an active role in the learning process.

2. Innovative learning
Innovative learning is a more student centered learning. That is, more learning provides opportunities for students to construct knowledge independently (self directed) and mediated by peers (peer mediated instruction).
Developing innovative learning methods can be done by accommodating each self-characteristic. This means measuring the ability to absorb the knowledge of each learners. Learning is fun and the key that is applied in innovative learning. If a student has put this in his mind there will be no more passive students in the class.
For example, some students have the abilities to absorb knowledge by using visual or relying on the ability of vision, auditory or listening ability, and kinestetik. And it must be adjusted also with efforts to balance the functions of the left brain and right brain that will lead to mental renovation process, such as building student confidence.

3. creative learning
Creative learning is meant to be a way of teaching educators by providing opportunities for learners to choosed their own way of learning and asking. In the sense that educators give freedom to learners to learn independently in a creative way. Creative learning model is a learning model that allows learners to work on diverse activities to develop skills, attitudes, and understanding of various sources. Creative learning model is one of the learning models that can help teachers in teaching and learning process, so that learners' learning outcomes expected by educators can increase.

4. Effective learning
Effective learning is a process of changes a person in behavior of the learning outcomes he gets from his of the learning outcomes he gets from his own experience and from his environment that brings about certain influences, meanings and benefits.
the nature of effective learning is the process of teaching and learning that is not only focused on the results achieved learners, but how effective learning process can provide a good understanding, intelligence, persistence, opportunities and quality and can provide behavioral changes and apply them in their lives.
A key role in teaching is to created a powerful and tought teaching activity model. The point is teaching activities as the arrangement of the environment, setting the classroom, in which the students can interact and learn to know how to learn.
Learning will work effectively if the experience, materials, and results are expected to match the maturity level of learners and their background. The learning process will work well if the biased learners see the fositive results for themselves and make progress if they master and complete the learning process.

5. fun learning
Exciting Learning is a learning in the classroom or outside the classroom by using learning methods that can attract students' attention, exciting, making the students challenged to deepen the subject matter, foster creativity, so that students more spirit in learning and learning outcomes / achievement increases.
Examples of fun learning in the classroom
Whatever the learning material and at any level of education, if the educator only uses lecture methods then the students / students will certainly be saturated so that the material being studied can not be absorbed properly by students. To create a fun lesson in the classroom, the Educator can divide the students into several discussion groups. In short, after students have discussions with their respective groups, they should give them the opportunity to:
Conveying the results of the discussion in front of the class / presentation
Allowing other groups to respond to the outcome of the discussion
Summing up the results of the discussion with all the participants of the lesson (Educators and Students)

What are the things to consider in implementing Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective and Joyful Learning?
Understand the nature of the child, because Childrens basically have the nature of curiosity .secound these traits are the basic capital for the development of critical thinking and creative attitude.
Know children individually, because students come from different family environments and have different abilities.
Utilizing children's behavior in organizing learning. By sitting in groups will make it easier for them to interact and exchange ideas in completing the task.
Developing critical thinking skills, creative and problem-solving skills.
Develop a classroom as an interesting learning environment. such as the results of student work should be displayed to be able to motivate students work better and inspire other students. And also can be used as a reference for teachers when discussing a problem.
Utilize the environment as a learning resource
Environment (physical, social, or cultural) as materials and learning resources should be utilized by teachers, so that children become more happy, can develop a number of skills such as observing, recording, formulating questions and so forth.
If things above are well taken care, then will give change to Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective and Fun Learning will be successful.
