I love your restaraunt stories. There is also something interesting and new to learn from every day! I think in this situation you analyzed it well and you found out Kathy was going through troubles. You think it wasn't justified because everyone has issues but you took the higher road and knew what would be best for everybody! Good anecdotal story, thank you for sharing.
