So that story about the sailor is saying instead of shocking his skin, he shocked a open wound, or cut his skin and then shocked bear flesh. Thats really informative too. I wonder how fast the resistance builds from fresh wound to scab to normal skin.

makes me remember the all the bond/rambo movies where they have the cut up bloodi actor on a metal bed hook up to ac current/ or being shocked with 12v car batterys to the nipples ect.
Comical to think of cause it would not work that in real life obviously.

Yes indeed this is what he did, this would tremendously lower the resistance with an open cut and blood being the medium.
