Solid advice! Many times do I have to face questions about negotiations and leadership! in a sense I was lucky having grown up in a very tough neighborhood without a father! From small I was the man in the house and had to cope with situations! Thus when I started @papilloncharity 17 years ago the requirements were simple! 1. A likeminded board of professionals. 2. Attract expert volunteer staff. 3. Turn them all into leaders in their respective fields! Of course, as you mentioned so eloquently above, there are many other issues to consider, but my habit is to see risks as adventures! A great post and upvoted! (Glad to have pushed your amount over 15 bucks)
