I'm sure it motivates every newbie here on Steemit.
I noticed these points to get success:

  1. Post daily at least 2 quality posts.
  2. Have a strong 10 followers.
  3. Learn about steem and its trending topics daily and implement.

P.S: No need of investment to meet success. Just do your work and be patient.
