I think we cannot prevent technology from taking up our live in this century, let's just hope for the best for the next generation, but I am sure they will evolve gradually in their own way, as do how we evolve from no computer to digital technology. We learn, we fall, we evolve...

Thanks for your response. The best way we can help the next generations in regard to technology is to teach them how to manage it so that it does not rule their lives. The problem is, technology is becoming so intertwined with what we do that separating ourselves from it will be difficult, or near impossible in the coming years.
I agree, I just hope the current education system can help in anyway they know how.
