Anger is the biggest enemy of man. An act of anger does not bring benefits. It is very important to keep anger under control. Many times, due to anger, friends and relatives have many things to do. Angered attitudes toward colleagues were triggered by rage in the workplace.
Find ways to control anger:
Count back to 1-100. Earlier, many people used to say that 1-10 would be counted backwards but in a recent study, there is a lot of attention to counting 1-100 instead of 1-10, which will offset your anger.
Rate yourself. Instead of blaming others, think about what your mistakes were. In this way, the anger will decrease, and the increase in persistence will increase.
