Let's talk about rewards to your students. I'm sure you've given them rewards. Giving rewards to students is as a form of your appreciation. Then, who is worthy of your reward? Of course students who excel.

But there are some things you need to pay attention to in giving rewards to outstanding students. You must be objective in rewarding. So you have to know your students well. If you reward subjectively, you are unfair. If this happens, you will lose the respect of your students.

Another thing you need to consider is do not too often to giving your reward. You have to show your professionalism attitude, because in the classroom there are also students who are weak academically. These students will feel less confident when never getting rewards from their teachers.

There are many ways to give rewards to children. What we generally do is give praise. Praised students will be motivated to further enhance their learning interest. Well, here's one of the goals of rewarding your students. They will compete in a healthy way to get your attention.

You also need to encourage underachieving students to gain an appreciation from you. The trick is to classify this group of students to get the award. So, the students who often get the award from you do not you participate in a small contest. I think this is a fair attitude.

You can also give an award in the form of coronation. You call an outstanding student in front of the class, then you give a kind of certificate to the student. You can choose one student or three students. This reward can done once every two months or three months. It's up to you.

Well, another way to give rewards is to give gifts in the form of objects or certain items. The gifts can be anything, both in small and large. In this case, I give a gift in the form of a bar of chocolate for anyone who is able to answer the question that I asked. Children like chocolate bars. It motivates them to find answers to my questions.

Rewarding is not an obligation to you. But, this is very effective you do to motivate the spirit of learning your students. In addition, you can also keep your harmony with your students. What do you think if we only give punishment to students who make mistakes?

Let us balance the punishment by rewarding.
