I totally hear you man!!! I have been here for 32 days and I have busted my ass trying to build relationships, learning about the community and writing what I hope are high quality posts. That effort is turning into results and building good connections. Nothing worth having is going to be easy and if you want easy then this is not the game for you. Either you are in this for the long haul because you care about the platform and want to succeed or you’re not. If you’re not then don’t complain.
Epic post! For someone who is just starting out, this is a great blueprint to follow. Quality+Quantity+Networking=Success. Oh! And did I forget to mention? Persistence, until you make it. Great, so now I know I have no reason to complain even if my mind tries to. Many thanks! Cheers! :) P.S. I am going to keep coming back to this post for encouragement.
I think this is one of your best posts @valorforfredom! Every word, every sentence resonated with me. Only I know how tough it is for me to write a post every day after my tiring day job and commute. But I do it everyday. I would love to make it two posts or four perhaps, but I just don't have the time. But one post I will do everyday. That is a promise I have made to myself. I will do that every day for the next several months. You inspire me with your dedication, thanks a ton.
I think what a lot of people neglect to do is something I did... go to the blog for @valorforfreedom and SCROLL DOWN.
I don't mean a little bit. Go back for months and months and then stop and go forwards again.
Notice the post payouts, the votes and the comments. Keep scrolling towards the current time. The averages change. The average earning changes.
The branding has been the same a long time, this is essential. The content is a journal of how you get there and another that is a specific skill or tool to learn. There is always a video on each post. There are not too many resteems.
After all the hard work, which might have been more to start with, carrying on the hard work... look at each week's averages.
The proof is in the pudding. This is why I believe in listening to what Thorben has to say about shit. That is my logical reasons.
He didn't get there after doing this for a week or two each day...
First thing: Congrats on finally deciding to become a witness, i trust that you as a witness will be able to fix some of the problems this platform still has
One post each day is hard, but only for the people that don't even try, i've been trying to do 1 post each day, the only day i wasn't able to do one was because i was a few hours to late so it says i made 3 the next day!
Write at least 1 high-quality posts every day for at least 6 months and I guarantee you that you will make an average of $15 (total payout) per post.
And don't forget the sbd price increasing, so in the end you will probably earn even more if you hold
I have always know from my experience after joining this platform that both quality contents and its frequent posting is a great step to succeeding on this platform.
Even while doing this, many individuals think the recognition and rewards will start coming immediately, but i do tell friends it takes more of consistency and perseverance. Over time you will be noticed and rewarded appropriately.
Thank you for this insightful post, it goes a long way in motivating me.
People come to Steemit with the wrong expectations because everyone tells them that this here is easy money which most people think means "free money".
Interesting, now I am wondering f my own posts are of any quality? I I should change it up . I have made quite a bit of posts since being on here and almost every day... I just hope my writing don't suck.
In making a writing it must pay attention to the quantity and quality of our content, in order to produce a good work that could be a reference material for others, a writer does not expect what has been given to him, but what he can scratch in order to useful for others.

Glad to hear that, I got some sources that get me back on track immediately as well if I feel like I am not progressing.

Good to hear that, soon you will be able to quit your job if you put in the hours every damn day on Steemit.
I hope so man, but progress is slow. A good SBD pump much above Steem would help a lot :) But is not likely to happen. Will have to fight it out.
I agree with that.
