Dover International Speedway (formerly Dover Downs International Speedway) is a race track in Dover, Delaware, United States. Since opening in 1969, it has held at least two NASCAR races each year. In addition to NASCAR, the track also hosted USAC[4] and the Verizon IndyCar Series.

2007 they came up with the idea, 2008 Jeff Gordon dod a presentation and in June 2008 it was shown for the first time to thousands of people at the races that weekend. It holds a full size race car in the right hand.
