An apple a day makes the doctor away. But i may add any fruit we eat everyday helps us in many ways to be healthy and smart.
We all know that banana is high on different minerals and vitamins that are good to our body.
Loving our body means eating the right amount, right food to sustain our daily activities, to prevent us to be sickly and most importantly it help us build more energy, healthy mind, stronger bones, boost our immune system.
The food we eat is what we are. Healthy Food we take in makes us beautiful inside and out.
