Reminiscing TAGAYTAY! :)
It was almost a year ago when me and the family had a trip to Tagaytay and we stayed there for 2 days and 1 night. It's already summer here in the Philippines and I want to be in a place where temperature is cold so I just thought about the memories we have there. :)
Tagaytay has been the run-away place for those who would like to have a relaxing vacation from the stress in work or school. This is surely a place where you should go, a not-so-far distant from Metro Manila. This place is an alternative place to Baguio for you can also experience cold temperature here in Tagaytay. Aside from its cold temperature, It also offers variety of adventures that will surely make vacation happier.
One great place to go in Tagaytay in the Skyranch.
The Sky Ranch is a theme park that offers several rides which will surely gives enjoyment and excitement to people such as the Zipline, The Sky Eye ( Ferris wheel), Vikings and more.
Aside from that, there are many restaurants and fast foods beside Skyranch where you can eat and recharge after tiring activities. :)
Then we spent the night in my aunt's rest house. The temperature is indeed relaxing. You can have a peaceful sleep even without any electric fan or airconditioner on.
On our 2nd day, we went to People's Park in the Sky. It is where I got to shot the wonderful picture on the top of this blog.
People's Park in the Sky is considered as the highest point of Cavite that is why I think it was called park in the "sky". Because of its high location, you can view and enjoy natures in Tagaytay as you breathe and feel the fresh and coldness of air.
There are also some activities like interaction with birds and snake where you get to have the chance of holing them and take a picture with it. And one great thing here is they also have the Strawberry taho that I like the most when i;m in Baguio.
Afterwards, we headed to Pink Sister's.
It is one of the most beautiful places to have your retreat. This is run and managed by the Sister-Servants of the Holy Spirit of Perpetual Adoration. The chapel and the praying nuns are the highlights of this destination. However, what makes the place so ideal for meditation is the surroundings with pine trees, the greenish garden, the pathways and statues of faith.
These are just few of the best places to visit in Tagaytay. If I were to choose, I would like to stay much longer. :) True enough, that Philippines is very rich in wonderful places may it be in the Metro or province. :)
