One of the dishes I would probably want to taste a long time ago, was the Japanese cuisine. And so, having a taste of their dishes was such a great experience! we went to Chaya Japanese restaurant in Baguio and I would say everything was perfect, except me rolling out my sushi- lol. I really don't know how to start, except putting everything in the seaweed roll and eating it. Is this correct ? hehe
maybe not, but it is the easiest way of putting all the ingredients in place, and making it stable after biting because it is still a struggle, but really thumbs up. Honestly, I don't eat raw fish but this one made me do a go go !
If you are from Baguio City, or is planning to visit our city I would highly recommend this Japanese Sushi restau. Everything is fresh and so yummy! Although it's a bit pricey, but it is all worth it.
their sushi :)I forgot the exact name, but for a first-timer like me, Sushi is okay hehe
their Sayaki- one of the best :)
Tempura- so deli! big and crunchy! with crispy veggies, as I call it :)- sweet potatoes, kamote tops,
and the misou soup which I insisted to try out and did not regret, because my Japanese students highly recommend so :)
oops! not yet done, they gave us a free taste of their matcha ice cream which made us so full and satisfied
- Thank you for this, actually my friend will be going to Austin Texas so this is her treat- haha
I would like to go back... Hmmmm, this time treating myself.
Sarap behhh
yes beh! let's go there huhu- :)
Very mouth watering! I love japanese culture and culinary as well...
Indeed!
What Japanese restau's have you tried already?
So far I've only tried the one inside the Yacht Owners' club here in my place...
