Like you, it's hard for me to fall asleep too and keeping my sleeping hygiene at bay seems unhelpful. Regardless, it's quite educational and I would suggest you add a point regarding the timing for us to sleep. Some research suggested that people who stay awake past 10 pm (depending on the time zone) seem to experience a phenomenon which we called as the second wind. Apparently, it has something to do with the hormone melatonin, I don't remember.
