Rich oriental empanadas

Hello dear steemit family, I love the cuisine and this time I want to share with you a recipe from my Venezuelan east. Our famous empanadas, this time they are ground beef. They can be enjoyed for breakfast and dinner.

Next I will show you the step by step of its elaboration.

Step 1. Preparation of filling for the empanadas:

Ingredients:
• 3 chillies.
• Cilantro.
• 2 medium onions.
• Chives.
• Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:
In a skillet at medium temperature, add the ground beef, sauté for 5 minutes, proceed to add the processed vegetables from the blender, stir and add the salt and pepper to taste. The stew will begin to take a caramel color, indicating that it is almost ready, when drying the juices of the meat we proceed to pass it to a container and let rest.

Step 2. Mixing the dough:

Ingredients:
• 1 bowl
• 3 cups of water.
• 2 cups bread flour.
• 2 teaspoons wheat flour
• Salt and sugar to taste.

Preparation:
In a bowl add the cups of water, then the salt flake and the sugar flake, mix and proceed to add the cup of flour and the teaspoon of wheat flour, we proceed to stir quickly to avoid lumps , until leaving the mixture with a soft and manageable structure.

Step 3. Preparation of the steps:

Ingredients:
• 1 plastic bag
• 1 bowl deep or mold
• A water jug, we add a teaspoon of oil
• 1 teaspoon to add the filling.
• 1 small container with half a cup of water and a teaspoon of oil.

We place in the inn or a flat place, the plastic bag extended. Moisten our hands in the bowl of water and oil, passing it and then take some of the mixture, creating a ball that we will then plan in the plastic bag, adding 2 teaspoon of the filling, followed by fold the bag in half, then with the deep dish we take it of mold and we press it obtaining the form of half moon, we raise the plastic bag, removing the excess mass and we already have the raw empanadas.

Step 4. Cooking:

Ingredients
• 1 skillet
• 1 cup of oil
• 1 we have a clamp
• 1 plate to place.

Preparation:
On medium heat place the stove, then place the pan, adding the cup of oil, let heat for 3 minutes. To proceed, add the pads. They should be flipped with the help of a fork in 3 min.

Obtaining as results the delicious empanas that can see in the photos.

I hope this recipe has been to my liking, which I performed with much affection. The filling can vary according to your taste as they are of cheese, meats, chicken, dogfish, seafood, pavilion etc. And accompanied by a rich guasacaca or spicy. As is customary in my region.
