Hello @jaraumoses. You know, we have the same problem here in the UK too. It's one of the issues with Steemit at the moment, and my understanding is that it's one of the things that is being looked at by Steemit Inc, who ultimately are the only ones who can do anything about it. We unfortunately don't have any ability to do anything about it. You could try using steeminvite.com, but you will need to be able to fund it with some STEEM (as you need to delegate to the new account to be able to do it)...it does make for a very fast account opening though.
I believe that it's something being addressed in HF20. I really hope it is because it's one of the biggest problems on the Steem blockchain at the moment. I feel that with a strong Steem Ambassador programme in place, there is the opportunity to put together a business case for allowing direct referrals. However it isn't up to us, I really wish it was, because it would be the first thing I'd be looking at.

There is nothing else i can do,hope this problem is addressed soon though.
The problem is that some people dont have the steem so how can they be helped yet they were interested to do something about it
