I would call that look a throwback Classic 80's City Retro Revival.
I was kind of thinking calling it a Disco but was not too shure. But it seems it was not that far shot after all :)
I have seen women dressed like her in NYC. Ahh the good ol days!
And they have been riding a bicycle i am sure? ;)

I'd call it Cali-Rock. Nice!
Not really sure this is a mixture of eras and styles. I see mostly grunge,punk and maybe a touch of Gothic style. honestly I see 80's and 90's rock and grunge in this picture. What you have to remember here fashion styles sometimes mix together. to form a fad or trend. I personally don't like this look for a young lady. the studs in the shorts was a big fad in the 1970's remember the stud dazzler. The spiked bands and bracelets are Goth and Grunge. this jewelry that she has on is popular in a store called Hot Topic.and also Spencer's. in conclusion the outfit is suppose to make her look tough and independent. not feminine and proper. Of course this is my opinion.
