How can anyone eat that
Normally, with Wasabi - Radish and Preserved Ginger to neutralize the bacteria if there is any.
Just like eating fresh Oysters . serve with Lemon Juice.@otisbrown , Japanese Cuisine are serve raw and eat raw.

Looks really fresh!! For me, it should be cut into smaller pieces.
