Why I like to have sashimi in Japan but not in Hong Kong? Simply because the freshness of fishes, and maybe presentation of the food as well.

Nice sharing! I love the fresh fish in Japan. But I have a question that bother me so long and I would like to take this chance to ask you. Which is, is trandistional japanese restaurant don't have salmon? As I heard that salmon is a fish that have a lot of parasites such that they won't sell it.
Yeah... you got me on this one. I didn't sure if they got salmon or not coz I normal was the one just eat, eat and eat. I don't care too much about what are being ordered as I have very high confident that the fishes will be good, much better than those you paid crazy amount of money for in Hong Kong. I will leave it to my Japanese friends to order.
Now you brought this up, I think you're right... seldom have salmon in Japan.....
