Rules And Conditions
Please read these carefully and adhere to them
I strongly encourage you to post work that is original to this challenge, in other words β take a new photograph instead of using an old one.
No more than 3 entries will be considered, if you post more than 3 then only the first 3 will be considered.
All entries must be a post tagged both #photography and #steemitphotochallenge
The Title should contain "SteemitPhotoChallenge Entry" along with the title of your work.
Let us know the medium used to produce the photograph, it may be more impressive based on what it is.
Basic processing is allowed. βDigital artβ wonβt be considered.
Any medium or format is allowed β iphone, ipad, film, digital, point and shoot, drone, whatever. Once it takes a picture. Note that image quality will be considered.
- Multiple Entries can all go in one post, just put the details under the image.
- Any attempt to steal others' work is considered a serious infraction by the community, so don't do it. Please don't waste your and our time by posting some image from the net.
- Every effort will be made to ensure that we do not reward theft. All images will be reverse checked, if the image has been found on more than 2 βmajorβ websites, it will be disqualified unless reasonable proof can be shown to prove ownership of the original. If there is any doubt whatsoever about the ownership of the photograph, I reserve the right to disqualify the image. It is in your interest to provide any proof necessary. I would appreciate any help from the community in finding plagiarism where I might have missed it.
- The photographs will be judged on how well they met the challenge, the quality of the image, the composition, lighting, exposure, creativity and the general aesthetics which means that yes, it is subjective.
By entering this competition you acknowledge that you own the rights to the photographs and allow for me to re-post the image should it receive a winner or honourable mention position.

I think that the main advantage of winning is exposure already. As the right exposure can give you so much more income than any amount of Steem or so, i would participate regardless. A thing to consider could be introducing nomination of "Minnow of the week" somebody with rating less than 40 and a small prize for him. I am here just a little bit more than a month now, but i clearly remember that day i have received 5 SBD from an honorable mention in your contest. And it gave me exposure that boosted me up significantly. Just a thought.

This is a perfect theme. For those of us who are photography lovers can see the result of the photo we take with DSLR

As for prize pool - I think it is a good idea to delegate SP fr a period of time. But how much and for how long is up tot you. If it will be power generated by a certain post, or always the same amount. Maybe delegation to honorable mentions and keep the prize pool for the 3 winners (with some extra delegation or without)....

How to upload pictures on steemit? I kept trying from my iphone and laptop and is not working? What should I do?
On your laptop you can drag the image and drop it into the post editor. On mobile you can upload it to imgur and then link it in the post.

The honor was mine that i was invite to be a guest judge. I have never done that before so it was really difficult emotionally to rate places. Who am i to judge other people art as all entries mentioned here were amazing. But while it is a privilege and responsibility at the same time, you have to make hard decisions. I have tried to elaborate why did i chose one or another image, i hope it makes sense and nobody is offended. Cheers!
