This is a picture from our hike in Grand Canyon. After we had breakfast right on the south rim, we checked the hiking trails and found ourselves one for a half day, because we were leaving for Antelope Canyon in the evening. It was February and the temperature was around 10C (50F) in the morning As we walked down, it was getting much warmer.
The squirrels were everywhere and they weren't scared of people at all. Hungry and used to people feeding them, one little guy even got under my feet and was trying to get a baby carrot from the bag. We met this one on the way back. For some reason, he wasn't as crazy as the other ones. He was almost as curious as we were. It gave us an opportunity to take this photo and remember the moment even better.
