Happiness is not superficial, it must come from within. A mere smile is not considered happiness it must be genuine and real.
Just last night I celebrated my birthday with my friends, It was awesome, it was nostalgic and It was happiness.
Food is happiness. Have you noticed why most of the time, in special occasions, there is always food. Wether that occassion is sad such as funerals or death anniversaries, there is food prepared to comfort a sad self. In happy occassions such as birthdays, weddings, etc there are plenty of foods to complement and boost the happy mood.
Friends are Happiness. Imagine a world without companions or someone to talk to?It would be a boring life being alone!Friends are not just companions for you not to be alone, they are your partners in laughters and sadness, cheering squads in times of losing hopes, clowns in times of sadness. Being with friends is one of the best moments in life. Having true friends is overwhelming, having real friends is comfort, having real friends is real happiness.
Family is happiness. From the moment we are born, It was our family that is always there to be our support system from all aspects of life whether physically, emotionally, mentally, financially and many more. Out of all people, they know you the most that even a strand of your hair they know that it was from you. Merely having a family and being with a family is Hapiness.
Self acceptance is happiness. Accepting who you are from finger nails of your foot to the tips of your hair is genuine happiness. The lack of self-confidence and self-esteem will not give you happiness. Just know yourself, accept every flaws and be proud of it. Don't let others bring you down! As they always say, other's can't bring you down if you keep your foot sturdy on the ground.
In the end happiness is a choice, not a result. Look all around you and appreciate every details you see. Happiness is all around, it's just up to you if you accept it and reflect it from within!
