This is not good, forrest. You should refer the person to a church to get help. This is setting a precedent which will undoubtedly breed fraudulent copycats. I'm sorry but it's the truth. And how do we know the person still isn't using drugs? You can try to help a drug addict or alcoholic all you want and they will still end up dead on the streets. You need to provide some proof of this or else use your own money to help them if that is what is on your heart. Only you would best be able to tell if they are legitimately wanting help. Because you have interaction with them.
