Your Decisions

Sink,
Sink deep into your thoughts,
What is this purpose that you fought,
What lies within, that makes you think,
that all that we upheld, should be left to shrink.
that shape or size can not abide
to all that you wish to hold by your side.
What lies beneath the layers,
that consume your awakening,
How did you come about,
to build such ways at disabling
your true potential, just pushed aside
why is it that you feel, this need to hide.
Wrapped in doubt, for what lays ahead,
did you take the time, to consider our dread,
for all this energy, now focused and misled.
How can we sit and watch this scene unfold
this reality you created, how can it be so bold,
To have no fear of retribution
you lie in wait
for your place, in creating more pollution.
But no place is held on to, once your time expires,
do not expect anyone else, to tend to your fires.

I consider myself to be a intermediate poet.

I am really happy to have made it this far.I can't believe we are at day 95, well done everyone what an achievement this has been for everyone xxx I have never had any input with my poetry before, it has always come straight from my heart, on to paper and more recently here on to steemit
