A few days ago I mentioned that I will look at start putting together a database of #Steemit Users that have an account and are active of Twitter.

This is therefore the first Blog to reach out to everyone on #Steemit to gauge what your thoughts are.

Earlier on I shared with you the latest twitter stats for the account, to demonstrate the explosive growth in activity since changing my profile to #steemtalent to focus solely on promoting #Steemit.

Taking it up a notch

These last 14 days have been simply jaw dropping to watch the activity on the twitter account explode, but now I would like to take it up a notch.

Simple database of names

What I would like to do is very basic.

I would like to build a very simple database of just TWO columns.

#Steemit Account Name cross referenced to a Twitter Account Name.

Powerful tool to promote #Steemit

There are many ways to take #Steemit to Market and one effective way is to simply leverage what we already have right in-front of us.

Over the last +20 months since I have been on #Steemit I have tweeted more or less every single Blog I have written and have encouraged more to do the same.

Ramp things up

Since launching #steemtalent 14 days ago I have mainly focused on tweeting out promotional material to promote #Steemit and would now like to leverage what we have in the #Steemit Community to ramp things up.

By having a database of active #Steemit Account Names / active Twitter Account Names willing to help promote #Steemit will be an exceptionally powerful tool to have in our arsenal and toolbox of promotional tools.

For this exercise I have decided to use a specific hashtag and suggest #steemittwitterdatabase for all Blogs on this project.

The idea is so simple, in as much as just ONE tweet in effect could be leveraged x10's x100's x1,000's or even x1,000,000's of times and with the right #hashtag we could get #Steemit trending on twitter..!! Stephen
